The Plans provide discounts for certain dental procedures and services offered by providers who have agreed to participate in The Plan. The range of discounts for dental services offered will vary depending on the type of provider, location (state, city and zip code) and products or services received. The discount dental Plans do not make and are prohibited from making members´ payments to providers for products or services received under the discount dental Plans. The Plan members are required and obligated to pay for all discounted products and services and equipment received under The Plan, but will receive a discount on certain identified dental supplies, equipment and services from providers in the dental discount plans.
